Now I know this may be of little, minuscule interest to you but I’ve recently encountered a presence of certain individual in the online community. And when I say encountered I mean he shows up just about every website I go to, whether it’s his actual doing or just some internet blogger shedding light on him. He is what you call a textbook online stalker. Dear lord, I don’t know if this guy is joking or not but it’s getting all kinds of ridiculous.

If you know me well enough then you know that I’m a huge fan of both St. Vincent and Björk. To give you some background history of Björk; she had a stalker back in the 1990s at the height of her popularity. Ricardo Lopez, a seemingly huge fanatic crossed the threshold into creepy-stalker-land. He created an acid mail bomb and sent it to Björk’s home in London and then killed himself. With a gun. On camera. Luckily, police intercepted the package and Björk was not physically harmed. Instead, it left her traumatized to the point she distances herself away from her fans and media to an unfavorable extent.

THIS IS WHY WE CAN’T HAVE NICE THINGS. If this little fucker called “Jerkstore” ruins it for the rest of us St. Vincent fans then I will sodomized this hipster degenerate with a chainsaw!!! After reading that blog post and learning that he’s been sending her/her manager/other musicians constant emails, tweets and creating embarrassing videos of himself I’m really afraid it’ll just be another “Ricardo Lopez” incident. Maybe this time he’ll hang himself with his vintage suspenders while listening to some sad Bon Iver track. :( Eh no, let’s not get Bon Iver into this. Anyways, I can see he’s heading down that road. If you still don’t understand just follow the link and read. It’s just pathetic and sad.

But if this guy is in fact joking (because I honestly don’t know what to make of this) and doing this for shits and giggles, bottom line is that its inappropriate and fuckin’ creepy as fuck. But ya know what’s the worst thing about this? He’s in San Francisco. FML FML FML. I can’t deal with going to the same St. Vincent show as this guy. I think Annie has enough crazy fans in San Francisco already, srsly. </rant>
